Yes, all of the products are authentic and for the most part are brand new. They come with everything that it would come with normally and there are many testimonials on her social media feeds stating that they are authentic. Sometimes a used item is re-sold, but those are typically higher end brands and Gar C Mar is upfront and tell the customers that they are pre-used or pre-loved.

All items paid in full are free shipping via USPS or UPS (sometimes a minimum is required). Items will be shipped out within 3-5 business days and all items sold on the website will have signature required, therefore someone must be home to receive, sign and tell the shipping provider their name for POD (proof of delivery). For Products purchased via payment plans on our FB/Instagram/TikTok live sales or via messages, the shipping policy is as follows: T-Shirts $5 shipping Wallets $7 shipping Name-Brand Bags (Michael Kors, Coach, Kate Spade, Marc Jacobs & Tory Burch) $13 shipping Insurance with value of the bag​ High-End Luxury Brands (Burberry, YSL, Gucci, LV & Dior) $25 shipping Insurance with the value of the bag & signature required​ upon delivery Items are shipped once payments are completed and the item is paid in full.

Live Sales typically happen on Tuesday's & Thursday's via Facebook and sometimes instagram as well. Live sales are both in English and in Spanish. Rules for the Live & How it Works: The live will show the products that she has available to all of the viewers watching at that time. With each item she will say a name or give a number. If you want the item that she is showing, you can write in the live messages "Mine" or "Mio" and then the name/number that she gave. If she says your name and says that you got it or she is writing you down, that means that the bag is yours. Sometimes she only has one of the product but sometimes she has enough for everyone It is really important to know that it depends on who Carmen sees first on the device that she is using to make the live. Depending on your internet service provider, your data provider and the FB app, other people (including those working with Carmen behind the scenes) have seen people comment in a different order than what Carmen sees while she is making the live. This is why the rule is whoever Carmen sees first! If you get the product, you have 10 minutes to send a deposit towards your item or to send the full payment. Deposits depend on what type of item it is, but for most products, it's $25. If you chose to pay a deposit and pay via a payment plan, typical payment plans with Gar C Mar are for 7 weeks. Gar C Mar started having the customers pay a deposit during the live in order to secure their item. This started because a lot of customers would ask for a bag but they weren't sure about it and then at the end of the live sales we were left with bags that many customers wanted during the live! The deposit is non-refundable and it is a way for us to make sure that no one is going to miss out on an item that they really want. This also helps us establish invoices and balances for whoever wants the bag. Deposits for most items is $25 which has to be sent within 10 minutes of requesting the bag through the live Some higher-end items will have a higher deposit such as $75 or $150 for Burberry, YSL, GG or LV. If for whatever reason, the bag needs to be changed or you decide after having sent the deposit that you don't want the bag, you are typically left with a credit to be able to use it for a different product.
